Super Bowl Recipes

Buffalo chicken dip
So this is my brother in laws recipe (I wonder if I should ask him before I post this?) it’s always the hit of our parties- we make him bring it every time! Here’s what you need:
A can of chicken
Block bream cheese
Franks Red Hot Sauce
Some shredded cheese
Microwave the cream cheese and chicken, mix together with the Franks Red Hot sauce and sprinkle some shredded cheese on top. That’s it! Serve with tortilla or potato chips (I prefer tortilla).

Nachos: There’s a million different ways to make nachos so here’s just one thought…
You can sprinkle some shredded cheese on tortilla chips and toss it in the oven or microwave to melt, then just offer the other toppings on the side (this will prevent the chips from getting soggy after sitting out for a while.
Sour Cream
Nacho Cheese
Beans (or a bean dip)
Salsa
Pico de gallo
ground/shredded Beef or chicken
Jalapenos

Pizza: Pizza is always a favorite for large groups, it’s cheap (if you order from the right place) and it’s easy to clean up! Check out your local pizzerias for specials and deals. Just make sure you order a variety to please all your guests, especially if this is the only food you plan to serve.
